Early access, before the App Store launch

Help shape
ChoreChart Family.

We're looking for a small group of real families to try ChoreChart Family on their own iPhone or iPad before it launches publicly — chores, rewards, the ADHD-friendly step-by-step mode, the family calendar and meal planner. Fifteen minutes of poking around and a bit of honest feedback is all we're after.

Requires an iPhone or iPad and Apple's free TestFlight app. Tap the button, sign in with your Apple ID, then install ChoreChart Family from TestFlight.

Tester thank-you

Free now, plus 12 months after launch

Free the moment you install

Everything Premium unlocks — extra children, more AI meal help, the full weekly meal planner and iCloud sync — automatically, for as long as the beta runs. No code, no purchase, nothing to redeem. As a thank-you for testing, you'll then get 12 months of Premium free once ChoreChart Family launches publicly.

  • Unlocked automatically as soon as you open the app - free for the whole beta
  • No sign-up, code or App Store purchase involved during the beta
  • 12 months of Premium free after public launch, as a thank-you for testing

Once you're testing, leave an email in the app's Settings screen to claim the 12 months after launch - that's the only step, and it's optional (you keep Premium for the whole beta either way).

What testing involves

  • Set up your family, add a kid or two, try some chores
  • Poke around the calendar, meal planner and Family Board mode
  • Tell us what's confusing, broken or missing
  • New TestFlight builds arrive every so often — just keep using the app

A few things worth knowing

Beta FAQ

What's TestFlight?

Apple's own official app for testing pre-release iOS apps. It's free, made by Apple, and is how every App Store app tests before launch — nothing outside the App Store ecosystem.

Is my family's data safe?

ChoreChart Family works locally on your device by default, the same as the finished app. Nothing about being a beta tester changes that — see our privacy approach.

Will beta data carry over?

We'll do our best to keep it, but a beta can occasionally need a reset while things are still being built. Don't rely on beta data being permanent yet.

How do I give feedback?

TestFlight has a built-in "Send Feedback" (screenshot + notes) button, or use our contact form for anything longer.

How long does this run for?

Until we're happy it's ready for a full public launch. There's no fixed end date — testers can stop any time.

What if the link says the beta is full?

External TestFlight groups have a tester cap. If that happens, check back later or get in touch and we'll let you know when there's room.
